My nephew from abroad visited me and ordered from KFC,paid 3£ on top for fast delivery and separate extra for the driver but get his meal without his free drink.So now we are speaking for cheap customer service as you order but can?t complain as the drink is free and no refund given as you didn?t pay for it but this is ruining you whole meal in the end.Very silly KFC Very silly and that?s why this is going to react to you with bad review!!!!!Dont recommend!

Ordered two of the Christmas burgers box meals and was so disappointed. Dry and tasteless! And very expensive for eat we got. Chips were pretty dry and bland. Sorry but KFC isn't a patch on how it used to be. Size of the burger is unbelievable! The stuffing on top of a dry burger doesn't work I'm afraid and I was very very disappointed. Just one bug rip off.

They give the tiniest wing as 1 portion of chicken, when you consider your paying nearly 2 quid for it, it's a scam, give breast or drumstick thighs a push but wing tips? Fires are usually on point but they can leave chicken too long underbthe heater and it becomes dry and inedible, friendly staff, but feel like the qc is lacking...

Overpriced, Overcooked and over staffed as well. spent ages to make the order be understood correctly. chicken was cooked in overheated oil fryer which gives it a distinct smell. People who know Henny Penny will know this bit. I walked in so this time chips were not stone cold. Staff is ok, no value added to service. The atmosphere is kind of indifferent. didn?t feel inviting or pleased to be there.

I recently visited here and had a fantastic experience with the kids. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided top-notch customer service. They were attentive, courteous, and made sure our needs were met.
The food was delicious, with the chicken being crunchy and cooked to perfection. I also appreciated the modern interior design, which created a welcoming atmosphere.
However, I felt the exterior didn't quite match the prestige of the KFC brand. The outside could benefit from a redesign to align with the modern and sleek interior.
