A bit of a bleak setting inside but the food was served fresh and hot which is a rarity nowadays. We sat inside, ample space. Ordered on digital screens, no receipt obviously, just remember your number and beware you can't see your number on a big screen either. The staff worked hard.

This is a second time I found that the food appears to be stale. The chicken batter was not crispy and fries cold. Possibly the turnover is not as brisk as other places, but nonetheless.

I'm so shocked that anywhere would deliver a chicken burger looking like this and fries for over £3 when they're cold and u don't even get a decent amount. I will never go to KFC again...more than disappointed....really awful value for money...if I could post a phot I would...hardly any lettuce, a limp bread/burger and quite cold. We only live 5 min drive away from the restaurant...KFC Birstall services

KFC, but there's a small Waitrose food supermarket attached if you need groceries as well as a takeaway.
