Bought a 6 piece wicked variety bucket. They gave 3 pieces of chicken wings and call it a proper piece of chicken. Complete joke for £19.99.

I went to this place and let me say that this is the worst KFC ever. My friend ordered a snack box which was £3.99 and they said it was £5.98. They made him pay more than the food was priced at. Then was repeatedly asked multiple times by workers if he had paid. He had already paid and they had scammed him and he wants a REFUND. I am completely thrown off by going here now because of this experience.
Parking: The parking was so tight and not enough parking space.

Absolutely terrible service charged me £5.98 for a snack box which was £3.99 they also asked me multiple times if I have paid Which I did (cash) also very tight parking spaces could not park anywhere if u do consider visiting here make sure to check your order properly thank you hope they fix there service. ?

I ordered it at 1am, but the food quality is very poor. All food is cold and there is no sauce in burgers. Chicken is also cold. Buns are stale. I destroyed it in the bin. Kindly Return our money back.

I ordered food through Uber today and my order came wrong. I ordered mash and regular beans but I got 2 beans instead of mash and beans. I phoned the store but was told multiple times that I?m lying and that she packed the order herself. She wasn?t be very accommodating and just kept saying that I?m wrong. Terrible customer service

Have visited this restaurant number of times as I live in Hamilton... I cannot remember a single time I had good experience.. food quality is always been poor (cold, poorly dressed, chicken patty looks dark sign of old oil).. service is questionable as I feel like they are so busy and don't have time to give to customers In store as they mostly have their backs turned to customers preparing the orders taken. it took them 5 mins before someone acknowledged and served us.I have had KFC at other restaurant and definitely much better then this one... today we visited and order 2 tower meals.. the burgers arrived but stone cold, the chicken patty was dark as it must have been fried in old oil and one of the chicken party was a size of a chicken nugget it was that small.. had to return the burgers and asked for fresh ones... all they did was replaced the patty for larger ones which again was cold ... my burger was just thrown in the box .. lettucenot in the burger and the sauce was out of the burger had to scoop it all up and dress the burger myself before i could eat it..... its not nice to leave such reviews but today it was just too bad... will not be visiting this restaurant again and will be putting in a complaint...

Waited an awfully long time to swing by and get a pair of those thickshakes they do. Sadly it took an awfully long time in the drive through.. I wasn't clock watching but it felt like atleast 20 minutes in-and-out.
Funnily enough I waited so long with my engine idling and my lights on that my rear registration lamp melted its housing and fell out..! I imagine this is owed to the heat of the halogen bulb and exhaust gasses after excessive standing... amused me

Ordered for delivery. Missing item for the second time. "Just Eat" delivery guy didn't even bother to check the reciept attached if the items are complete. This time, I've gone back to KFC Waterside restaurant to complete it myself.
