A very friendly local electrical shop that sells everything you need at home or work, from batteries, lamps to hoovers, washing machines, ovens, fridge, kitchen appliances etc.I was recommended by a friend who?s been using this shop for years, good quality products and fabulous customer services, friendly and helpful staffs.Some free street parking spaces right outside the shop, also lots of parking spaces just opposite the shop with long and short stays, disabled parking spaces available.Only a small issue I can see is there are a couple of steps to get in the shop, I can also see a bell for disabled users to press for assistance.

The range isn't that extensive but for the space they do have, they have utilised it well to showcase a wide range of products. The staff are knowledgeable and really helpful in understanding the most suitable product for the situation. They offer delivery service and installation too which can be really useful. I would say it would be good to have the lower end of the budget scale on display too, to understand the comparison as they usually only show the high end products, however understandable with the space.

Really happy with the service I received today. After a failed washing machine installation from a large company I went to Keith Smith. I bought a washing machine and they fitted it straight away. Really impressed- thank you!
