Booked an appointment for 5pm for a simple 2 braids. Turned up and everyone had gone home apparently.Kadija also doesn't answer her phone.A previous time I showed up and she was shocked to see me even though I booked via the website. She obviously just doesn't check her appointments or just doesn't care to be available. As this happened twice. Both times I received a reminder and confirmation email the day before my appointment.They try to blame the website being down and making errors but if your website is constantly making errors then you need take the booking option off of your website.Common sense. It's just laziness, tell the truth.

Terrible customer service I booked a confirmed appointment and when i arrived they told me to leave because they didn't have the time to do an appointment they had already confirmed was available. the place is dirty and disorganized don't go here not worth your time.

Terrible customer service. I called her Yesterday, which is a a day before to book the appointment she gave me 10:30am and also to ask all the necessary things to bring. She promised to send me the address. She didn't.Today,I tried to find her with Google map, took 2 buses from, roamed around for about 30minutes with my child. Then I Called her to tell me the nearest shop or popular location closed to her shop, to make it easy for me but she cut the call.When I eventually located her, I expressed my displeasure at her customer service and she told me to leave stating that she will not make my hair again

I booked in an appointment to get passion twist done and I was a bit hesitant, as their catalogue did not include it.I requested a certain method and they told me they didn?t do it. So, I cancelled my booking.However, I wasn?t expecting the rudeness I received via message by the owner.She definitely lacks professionalism! Instead of reassuring her customers of her services she just replies with rudeness and block you.Not my type of hairdresser.New to Leicester and still looking for a professional hairdresser specialised in Afro hair who truly knows their job.Services: Braids
