Very poor, I?m an avid Jo Malone fan and have been for years. I went into the Leicester branch today with every intention of purchasing a 100ml bottles from the pear collection ? now one lady was serving a customer which was fair enough ? however there were two others assistants that didn?t even stop to take a breath from their gossip other than to give me a withering look of disapproval. I actually use apparatus to help me walk ? I walked slowly around the table ? because I can do no other? Stopped to spray the new pear fragrance ? actually making eye contact with the female assistant ? to be totally ignored. Sad times with unconscious bias. Please don?t make assumptions about disabled people ? I work full time and like to treat myself on payday ? it?s ok ? after I left you I went into John Lewis and spent my pretty pennies in there? Shame on you today

My experience at the Jo Malone branch in Leicester was absolutely incredible. I can?t thank Simran enough for her kindness and expertise during my time there. I would like to also thank Puja for her kindness also. Both ladies were and are extremely professional and gave great advice. Thank you againJo Malone your Leicester team are an absolute dream.

I was in Leicester shop, however I didn't have to much contact with staff,as they were busy and probably tired. I ordered then online and I am very disappointed, as I bought a strong colonie, that supposed to last ,but it is not. It is not even for few hours. Very disappointed and a very big price for no quality. Sorry but very disappointed.

We had the best experience at Jo Malone Highcross. Deb R and Yas were so helpful, in helping us choose some scents for a Fathers Day gift!We got to sample plenty of amazing scents and picked our favourites. Deb R showed us how to layer scents and were so happy with our picks!We had such a nice time in the store thanks to them and can?t wait to go again soon for our Wedding scents!!

We went into the jomalone in the highcross leicester today, I wasn't sure which scent I wanted! Velvet rose/oud or vetiver/vanilla??? Then the lady in the shop asked if we needed help!!! She also recommended the new scent cypres? I couldn't decide so Sarah ( jo malone shop assistant) said go away carry on shopping and the scents will change then decide??? I went back and bought the vetiver/vanilla. Still love the smell of the other 2, soon be Christmas lol. Thankyou SARAH you served us well and you are a credit to jomalone
