The boss has an immense knowledge of the ins and outs of the entire watch industry, and suggested the perfect one for my style and story, which was so much better for me than the one I initially wanted. “Amabis is a lovely shop filled with custom made jewellery and accessories the workmanship is exquisite and designs are unique. We purchased a necklace which was worn to absolute death and eventually needed repair so I called the shop to see if they can help or advise. We were asked when we purchased and was then informed that we still have a guarantee so can we post it to them and they would then send to the supplier. To our amazement, the supplier then repaired, polished and added back the lost bits and posted back to the shop who then kindly posted it back to us overseas. We want to give a big shout out to Ali one of the boss ladies at Amabis who made it all possible because we thought nothing could be done to salvage this wonderful piece. We thought we may have to pay more than the small fee for post and packaging to have fixed so once again thank you Amabis we look forward to shopping with you again!! ????”
