“My Husband and I been looking around in the jewellery shop in High Cross today 23rd November 22 for wedding gift and had no joy .final stop was in Beaverbrooks . They were very busy at the when we walked in. Nice gentleman walked 2ward us and apologized couple of times as there were not enough staff . Which was nice he acknowledged customers . Nice lady came and served us with smileStart to end . She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. We ended buying gift. Shame didn't get both names .Finally when she went to finish transection and there was technical problems both staff came again and apologised for waiting and offered us coffee.That what I call service. “Charlotte and Deelle Morgan were outstanding. I had a bad experience with online shopping and got swindled by a fake website called Pandorasales. I brought the stuff they'd posted to compare with the original at the shop. Charlotte took pictures comparing the fake and original products. They both were so lovely. The horrible feeling completely vanished and I actually tried some rings and also indulged my son by measuring his ring finger size and tried some rings too!\\nWill either buy from Pandora.net or come over to Pandora at Highcross just for the superb experience ?? oh! Also got 10% off for being an NHS worker??”

“Amabis is a lovely shop filled with custom made jewellery and accessories the workmanship is exquisite and designs are unique. We purchased a necklace which was worn to absolute death and eventually needed repair so I called the shop to see if they can help or advise. We were asked when we purchased and was then informed that we still have a guarantee so can we post it to them and they would then send to the supplier. To our amazement, the supplier then repaired, polished and added back the lost bits and posted back to the shop who then kindly posted it back to us overseas. We want to give a big shout out to Ali one of the boss ladies at Amabis who made it all possible because we thought nothing could be done to salvage this wonderful piece. We thought we may have to pay more than the small fee for post and packaging to have fixed so once again thank you Amabis we look forward to shopping with you again!! ????”
