The carers come to help our mum from your team are polite, supportive and professional. They are fantastic, lovely caring people. Loice is heaven sent!! My elderly mother has dementia and has reached crisis point. Loice has shown true compassion and care during this very difficult period. She has gone far beyond the call of duty to help us get the appropriate attention for mum?.we are eternally grateful to her

Jewel Home Care provided excellent high level 24/7 personal care for my sister-in-law. The team of outstanding carers are well led by the manager Loice, who is a very kind compassionate person and sets very high standards for her staff to maintain.The team upheld the clients dignity at all times, she was kept clean, dressed in her own clothes and constantly encouraged her to work on movement exercises set up by the Physio/Occupational Health Team.if the need arises we will not hesitate to re-engage with Loice and her team

At the begining of this year my mum was given an end of life diagnosis. Loice and her team provided an outstanding, professional yet personal care. They went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable and treated her with dignity. My mum felt so comfortable with the careers which made it so much easier for us to enjoy the time we had left with her, as her family. To see how happy my mum was to accept their help, a woman who was always so very independent, was such a relief. We cannot give them a high enough praise. As tough as the final few months were, the amazing care they provided made so much difference and we couldn't imagine what would have happened without their help. The service they provided was invaluable and we are eternally grateful for them.

I have to say that Lois & her team are absolutley AMAZING !The team at Jewel Home Care looked after my late mother in law in her final stages of life recently & not only did they look after her but they also looked after us & made sure that we as a family had the rest & the support that we needed.The team always made sure that my mother in law was clean, and most importantly kept her dignity in tact as she was a lady of high class - they were brilliant at doing this.They always made sure that they put on her favourite creams and clothes and nothing was too much effort for them. They would always be laughter coming from not only my mother in law but us as a family, whenever the team were there.We really struggled towards the end with the care as we needed it 24-7 and we were split between Jewel & McMillan however the McMillan nurses were never gauranteed for the over night care we desperatley needed. When we would have the phone call to say that we couldnt have a McMillan nurse over night, no matter what Lois would always ensure that we had someone at the door at 10pm ready to look after her & for that we are forever grateful.They truley are Angels in disguise & for the pure love & support that you showed us as a family we are forever in your debt x

This wonderful team supported my nana during her end of life care at the beginning of this year. For months we tried to balance her care needs between family members. This was very difficult for all of us, especially my nana who felt like she had lost her independence. Loice and her team gave my nana her dignity back. This meant we could spend the time with her, enjoying memories and good times without worry. To see my nana so happy and comfortable was everything. She would always be excited for the careers to arrive, ready for a good chit chat and wonderful company. I will forever be grateful to this team for giving us more than they could ever realise.

Jewel Home Care Services Leicester have been our saviour, my mother in law has a terminal illness, Loise and her team have come in and have taken the pressure off the family. They are very friendly, caring and amazing at what they do. I couldn?t have asked for more than the service and dedication that they show with her, they are only a phone call away and are always checking up on the family to make sure we are all ok highly recommend Jewel home care.
