Jd for me who is 37 years old and a female, really has stopped appealing to me, I feel the designers of JD are bringing too many street clothes out and making the teens into hoodrats, they need to be unique and be distinguished from other brands in terms of clothing. It seems all too basic and quite dark dingy colours.

This is the first JD were i felt it was very spacious, JD to me is known for being very crammed, so thats a big plus to me. Staff are friendly, alot of choice for all and all caters to all price budgets.

Went to JD. Fortune was so helpful. It?s rare to get such good customer service like this now a days. He kept checking and making sure customers were ok and out of all staff in that department he was the most helpful, polite and friendly one. In a shop where there is so much of choice you can get so overwhelmed and confused.He gave us very good advice which helped us to make our final choice.

Where do I even begin?? From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the charismatic FORTUNE. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole visit, recommending trainers which I ended up purchasing. Although he was on footwear department, he made sure I was looked after when looking for clothing. He is an asset to this store and deserves some sort of rise or bonus. I?m not from Leicester but I know where to come if I?m ever back here and who to ask for. THANK YOU FORTUNE.

Terrible service!! Sunday morning not long after opening and not many customers in and plenty of staff around. Wanted a pair of running shoes but the 2 young guys at the trainers section did their very best to avoid giving any help or offer any advice - too busy chatting with each other and just made me feel like I was interrupting their conversation. I gave up and went to Nike store and bought a pair there. JDs loss. Will never go there again!

No changing rooms open on a busy Sunday so I left without buying the items I had come to try on. Good store, good stock levels and appeared to be plenty of staff; a bit pointless if you won't let customers try things on.

worst jd ever i would rather go to the one in highcross . the people who work there are ? too busy? to give me my 1 pair shoes while ur going to 50 other people i asked that dreads guy he said he will give me it 1 sec and never came back then i asked the girl and she was too busy giving a girl 10 different shoes when is it really that hard to give me 1 quick shoe. u just lost a costumer. rude people here

Can only use discount online, I was in store and ordered online on my phone same day click and collect and the trainers I wanted were on the shelf. Ordered and was told I wasn?t allowed to take them away, had to wait several hours for it to ?process?. Call back in the evening to see if I can collect to be told it will be the next day now. Why? Why not just let me walk out with the shoes you clearly have in store, just because i?d ordered online. Also certain itemsDon?t allow you to apply discount to, which is Disappointing, defeats the purpose of having a special discount card that I pay for separately.
