Music is soo loud you can't even hear the cashier properly. Phone is ringing but no one picks it up because music is soo loud. You don't need loud music to attract customers.

Visited the shop today to get a pair of shoes, waited for 20 minutes for them to find the size I asked for and they couldn?t find it. Was so pissed. They offered me 20% discount for me to use in the store TODAY. U don?t have my size and how am I gonna use this discount TODAY? So went footlocker afterwards and got my shopping done in 5 minutes.

An absolutely atrocious example of how to run a shop for all to see. Asked one of the assistants for some trainers in the size that I wanted. Didn't even need to try them on. Still standing about 10 minutes later with a few others in the same boat.
One lady, who I assume is management, running around like a headless chicken trying to get people organized (and failing).
I've no problem with waiting, but surely you keep people engaged by speaking to them whilst they're waiting. You don't just piss off and forget about someone you're serving.
Seems that a lot of young people nowadays are quite socially awkward and don't have basic communication and conversational skills unless they're talking to a screen.
It was at 10:30am and not that busy either.
In the end, I got tired of waiting and just walked out.

Got served today by Carolina. The best shopping experience I had so far! I had lost my receipt and I just needed to swap a size, she helped me so much considering how stressed I was thinking that I?ll just end up with a useless item that doesn?t fit, she had this idea where I could check my JD status app, to prove my purchase since I paid cash and there was no proof in my bank statement , then she managed to get me a receipt and finally did the exchange for me! Much appreciated and really happy with the service I received, I was so happy that I gladly offered to write this review, will definitely come back and seek for help as she was so approachable and happy to help. Thank you Carolina!

I order shoes through the app and they was too small so I returned them in the store. Woman said they need to send it to the warehouse and then I?ll get my money back. It?s been 3 months!! Make 3 phone call to costumer service because in the store they can?t do nothing and I still didn?t received my money. Very disappointed.

I came with my mum to purchase some clothes and I met Amarni, she was really kind and helpful. She helped us download an app that gives you 10% back. She recommended some clothes and is really hard working.

Visited the store today, Jaden and management were brilliant. Lively atmosphere and friendly staff. Had an issue with an item I purchased, Jaden was patient and attentive, quick to try and resolve the issue which he did. Overall great communication and teamwork. Definitely recommend visiting this branch! ???

Visited the shop to find some sneakers.
4 members of staff were chatting with each other (there were customers around the shop). I showed a pair of shoes to one of the assistants asking if they have it in my size (e.g.size 9), and the assistant asked me if I checked it online if they have it in stock. 0 customer service.
