BEWARE they took £££ off us for glasses that were never to be produced and have possibly cut and run as the shop is never open with no communication not answering the phone or emails for weeks only info on their social media is staff shortages !! anyone who is waiting for their items instruct your banks accordingly!!!!

Really poorly ran opticians. Never answer the phone and they're barely ever open. Ordering glasses from them can take over 4 months and when mine came back the lenses were fitted upside down. A true shambles of a business. I'm truly sorry for being so negative but its the truth. I'm currently unable to buy contact lenses online as I don't know my prescription and nobody is answering the phone as usual. I will be changing opticians as I am tired of the poor service!

Really good Opticians, so friendly and really go out their way to help! Provided all the information needed from start to finish to find the best prescription for my eyes and glasses which suited my face. Also went the extra mile to fit my mum in at the same time to get her correct prescription.

Very very poor indeed. Have tried several times to get an appointment for an eye test because the employer is linked to them. If you don?t have any appointments then at least have the decency to put a message on social media and on the door. Yes I even called in person just to find it locked. Either provide a service or go home.

I emailed over a week ago now for them to email over my eye prescription so I can get glasses elsewhere. They never replied and I have called over 15 times, they never answer. I left a voicemail with all my details on and still nothing. Would definitely not recommend very bad service.

Very confusing that they appear to be trading under two names - Jacob and Joe and Kind sight? I've just spent two hours trying to contact Kindsight - no answer to two phone lines and no facility to leave a message. Once I established they were Jacob and Joe and got a telephone number for them and they answered promptly and were very polite and efficient. Get your act together guys!

Thanks to Jacob & Joe Opticians, who have gone the extra mile to obtain a replacement part for my vintage Mykita frame, and have fitted it for me. Very professional and efficient. Glad to know there is a Mykita stockist in Leicester!

I've been for many eye tests over the years, but only two optometrists have ever struck me as being genuinely concerned about the customer and their well-being. The optom at Jacob and Joe was one of them. Naeem explained every issue with my eyes and offered me advice on everyday eye care that not all optoms give. All staff are polite, courteous and willing to listen, and I noticed that they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't immediately need, which is important to me because I notice they have some very swanky frames. Good coffee too.

These opticians take advantage of people in care and assisted living - they have a side business called homehealth services in which they visit care homes and assisted living accomodation and perform eye tests and order glasses for people in care without their consent so that they get revenue from the government funded vouchers for these glasses. They should be ashamed of themselves. My mum is one of their victims.

One of the best service I?ve received and was offered the best iced coffee made by Aasiyah that I had to return for another. The team is very friendly and kind, and gave me the best advice for my eyes!! Would definitely recommend friends and family to go! Thanks to the whole team!

Ordered my first pair of glasses from here after seeing their Instagram ad. Very helpful and friendly staff. As soon as I got there, I was offered a hot drink which is very nice. Naeem served me and he was very clear and knowledgeable about the unique range of glasses to choose from. The interior is beautiful and sophisticated, as well being niche. No waiting around and very quick service. Thanks a lot for the experience and service. Hoping to come in for another pair soon.

Polite staff, swanky minimalist look inside the store and a good selection of specs.They have just opened about 2 weeks ago but the place already had people coming in from the street, despite not offering any enticement like "£10 off voucher" or free eye tests just having a staff member standing outside and inviting people in.My glasses will need an upgrade soon so I will be more than happy to give them a chance.
