We cannot fault the experience we have had with the team at Innova. From our initial chat with Luke, to meeting Luke and Rhys on site; and to all communications with Emma - it has all been seamless.
We are exceptionally happy with our bifold doors and new windows that have been fitted, and are looking forward to working with the team on our front and back doors. The work is helping transform our renovation project.
We are very confident that the team will provide excellent support if needed with the work they have done.

Excellent experience using Innova Trade Frames. Very impressed with the entire team who are all customer focused. The Team have provided a good product which has been fitted by an extremely experienced engineer. Their communication skills from a customers perspective was outstanding. Our home is improved as a result of the work Innova have carried out. We have another job we’d like Innova to do and will not hesitate to engage with them again.

I had a 5 meter bi fold door supplied and installed a few years back.
They look beautiful and were fitted very well.
I also had a lovely 2 meter by 3 meter roof lantern delivered, which was installed by my builder.
Unfortunately, recently there was a slight issue with a hinge on one of the bi fold doors. I called the office and spoke to Emma. She was very friendly and helpful, she arranged for someone to come and have a look.
The hinge has since been changed and the work was was done as a goodwill gesture.
I am very pleased with the help and support that I received and I would definitely recommend this company. Customer care and after sales is obviously a top priority for them.

Been really pleased with the installation and maintenance of our full house (windows and doors) re-glazing last year, with replacement of a faulty unit and door adjustments all resolved promptly and courteously. Can't rate Innova highly enough. Thank you.

Excellent service from contacting and discussing requirements, through to measuring up and fitting (Danny, their fitter, did a first class job). The quality of the windows exceeded expectation and very competitively priced too. Highly recommend.

We recently had our whole house refitted with R7 windows from Innova with a particular requirement for a porthole window which they were able to do too. They gave us addresses of properties to see their work and one of the home owners also allowed us to come in to see the windows from the inside. Happy with the fitters, they tidied up before they left everyday and happy with the finish. They offer a competitive price and it was easy to communicate with everyone and were happy to answer all our questions. Had an issue with one of the window locks which they had no issue coming back to resolve. Would be happy to recommend them.

We recently had all front windows replaced by Innova and are extremely happy with the result. From start to finish, the whole experience was professional, smooth and very well managed.
Rhys was excellent throughout the project — knowledgeable, responsive and very easy to deal with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept us updated and made sure everything ran as planned. His customer service was outstanding and gave us confidence from the beginning.
The installer also deserves special praise. The workmanship and attention to detail were genuinely excellent. He worked incredibly hard, was punctual, tidy, respectful of the house and clearly took real pride in the quality of his work. The finish both inside and outside is superb and the new flush windows look fantastic.
Overall, a very high-quality installation and a company I would happily recommend to anyone looking for new windows.
