Service provided here is quite terrible. There is no customer service person available on the 1st floor. Even as a premier customer paying more there is no exclusive service available!AJ was quite passive aggresive and sarcastic when I was merely asking a few questions so I could find available help. Told me to go downstairs and make an appointment. I went downstairs and the lady there said they don't accept appointments!No communication amongst the team. Overall terrible service and I do not recommend at all.

rude pathetic white lady screamed at us when we were explaining her there's no proof of address with us yet to make a bank account as we are new to the country please train your staff to be polite and helpful

Always like HSBC but now they?ve closed Harborough, Oadby and Wigston, this branch is definitely not worth the drive or parking charge to get to. Try Nationwide instead.

Aj was awesome. So polite, friendly and helpful when setting up my accounts to receive interest on. Also he did this in a very timely manner. I felt very comfortable with him despite my social anxiety. Thank you so much Aj. You gave me joy and faith.

Horrible service. To exchange euros to pounds the system is always ?broken?, the rate is the lowest out of every exchange and I bank with HSBC! Would not recommend this branch.

I've been with HSBC for years and its for one reason, the in-branch customer service. Specifically AJ has been amazing everytime I've been in branch, helpful, friendly and competent.

Worst bank I have ever have. Also on internet shows it?s open in Leicester, but it is not! Refurbishing work on going! I just waist my time and money to travel this morning!
