One example of their commitment is that during my sister’s recent stay in hospital, Pav and the carers visited frequently in their own time helping to my sister’s sprints up.In conclusion I would highly recommend this company as they provide a gold standard service.”

“We have been using Previous Care since January for my father. He needed support with getting showers in the morning following a fall in which he fractured his femur.He has been really pleased with the all of the carers who have attended.The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that carers were sometimes late attending but that is not really surprising given the amount of traffic around at 8.30 am!We have been able to communicate with the office easily to cancel appointments if not needed or to change times if needed.Dad is now confident enough to no longer require these visits but we would certainly come back to Previous Care if this should change in the future!”

“The Seven Steps team looked after my elderly father in the last few weeks of his life, after he was discharged from hospital, and I can't praise them highly enough.My dad was released from hospital in mid-March, having been admitted for a severe chest infection. During his stay in Peterborough hospital he had sustained a fracture from a fall. His needs were assessed by Victor and his colleagues, and a plan was put into place.The care Dennis received from the outset was absolutely outstanding. He had a number of 30-min visits each day from various care team members, all of whom carried out their duties with sensitivity, cheerfulness and good humour. They were almost always prompt in their arrival, but would call if they were running late. My dad had been suffering from Dementia for a year or so before these events, and as such was sometimes in the grips of confusion when the team visited, which could occasionally escalate into tetchiness. They took this in their stride, and carried on with patience and good nature. My dad eventually looked forward to the visits, and enjoyed the banter!The duties the team carried out were mostly in the line of personal care and hygiene - my father was bed-bound at this point - and the standard of the work was excellent, but the visits themselves served to inject a bit of life into his otherwise quite mundane days!My dad had reached the very fine age of 92 when he passed away last month, and there are really no words to express my gratitude for the wonderful care, good humour and dedication I saw in the acts of the marvellous group of women who looked after him. Dennis was a very generous, selfless man, and it was a fitting finish that in the final furlong of his life he experienced the same selflessness.Thank you Seven Steps, for all you did for my dad.K Hagan”

“I have many issues with my health but I'm a 50 year old + ! And also on the autism spectrum and have a son at home also autisic.. my son usually shy even though not working with him he was well impressed how she approached him coming in and cought us both of guard! He said are home will be nice to invite friends in again! First time the manager came in the way things went was well! They brought my support worker/carer no uniform has requested and they started my first 3 hours. I helped clean we had a chat went shopping I am well impressed even taught the support worker how to use my car. I am well impressed with bluebird care and hope the can help me has long has they allowed. Deffently would not change them. And they pritty much just started. I would recommend this service to people who have health and or autism ?”
