Mum and Dad have been supported by the Team for 2 years or more now and they have been first class during such a difficult time the the familyTo our delight we have enjoyed the services of the same two individual support workers throughout - they have got to know and understand Mum and Dad closely and have also been there for them.Mum and Dad have been treated with dignity and respect and never been let down by the firm.The Owner of the business has always been both available and accessible and very supportive in our discussions / negotiations with the Health and Local Authorities.The Service we have received has exceeded our expectations and I would like to say thank you and to recommend their services to other families.
