Prerak and Isabella made my experience at Holland and Barrett easy and helpful. They knew exactly what wellness pack would be right for me. They explained everything clearly and were really patient. Their advice made choosing the right products simple. I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase.

Really unhelpful staff especially the trainee girl. Asked if they stock magnesium as online but they said not in store I can order through pharmacies online (not promoting holland&barrett either) , fair enough but then carried on getting back to chatting before I could ask if they had any alternatives. I would have brought a few items as was there but obviously weren?t bothered with the custom. Won?t be going back.

Your shop assistant and shop manager needs custom training. If your food product has expired customers should get an exchange. Even when you look at your Website it states if food quality is poor you can take it back to ANY store. You can?t make people out to be a criminal when your food standards are poor. I recommend you tell your supplier to stop sending you poor food packaging. If you?re a manager of a health store you should know basic knowledge of customer service and rights instead of acting like a bully.

Shop assistant had a proper attitude from the start, and tried having a little tantrum because I was collecting for a charity and there wasn't anything to collect.felt like she looked down on me because I was collecting for the charity.

Their behavior towards customers is disgusting. they talk to customers in a contemptuous manner and constantly scold them! The blonde woman does this all the time. I'm tired of being humiliated at this holland&barrett branch. I never recommended

Lovely stuff that will always make sure that you received a help, great products for reasonable prices. They also offer 3 for 2 saving offer which was a great surprise for me. Nevertheless I need to add that the manager Katherine is super lovely. She let me to replace the supplement that I have accidentally smashed right after buying outside of the shop, which she didn?t have to. Super appreciate that, will definitely come back. ??
