A clothing shore where you can?t try anything on because the changing rooms are constantly out of order. Seems like a solid business plan.

Sadly I went after work today I finish at 17.15 pm ; you cannot try anything on , the changing rooms were closed before 6pm . There was a sign saying they close at 6pm in weekdays even though the store is open till 8pm .till are always busy or not many people there , not convenient if you want to shop after work and cannot try anything on .

Fix the lift!
I asked one of the worker - how are we supposed to go upstairs if the lift is not working? -mind you I got my baby with me in his stroller- She just point blank stared at me and that was her answer.

horrid staff at this location. overheard 2 old women behind the tills blatantly body shame a pregnant woman and made spiteful and nasty comments about what she was wearing. they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and reprimanded. vile staff

two elderly women behind the till reportedly disrespected a pregnant woman by talking very loudly about how they didn?t like the way her bump looked and also the way she was dressed? disgraceful

Shocking customer service. Only one serviced till open throughout the whole store and the queue was enormous especially as the cashier was dealing with returns as well as purchases. The other cashier just stood behind her till folding clothes not bothering to help customers

I would give this store zero stars if that were an option. The layout is completely impractical for parents with young children or individuals using wheelchairs. The only way to reach the children's clothing section is via a lift, which is out of service. When I mentioned to a staff member I was advised it?s been like this for just over 2 months!
It?s baffling that a store with children's clothing has such a poorly designed layout, especially considering that most parents will be accompanied by their little ones.
I strongly urge management to reconsider the accessibility of their store. It?s not just an inconvenience; it?s a fundamental oversight that needs immediate attention. Perhaps put the children?s stock on the 1st floor where accessibility won?t be an issue!

Drove into town to return something after seeing online that it closes at 8pm. LIES! Shuts at least an hour before it says. Even the window of the shop says closing time as 8pm. Disappointed is not even the word.

Went in on friday afternoon and the girl with black glasses and curly redish hair in a bun was SO SO SO rude. Ruined my whole experience and ruined my whole day too!! Need to go in for a return but am genuinely scared as i do not want to encounter her raising her voice at me or being rude to me!

Self service only on the ground floor. Tried to redeem a voucher but needed a member of staff but nobody was around. Walked to other end of store to get staff who couldn't log in..she suggested I go upstairs where there was a big queue, even though there was a pay point free right next to her. She struggled to log in and didn't even room the tag so beeped when trying to leave the store...had to go back to remove it. Pay points are useless. Stores are trying to save money by employing less staff but customers are suffering

As a Canadian who?s recently moved to the uk I have been struggling to find good style in many shops but this store has been a good find for me however one of the staff was rude on the kids floor with a turban so I had seeked help from the floor below where a charming young man with gorgeous eyes had helped me find an item through the system and patiently dealt with my family throughout - overall happy with clothes?

The clothes are good, been shopping here for more than a decade.
Customer service at the tills is appalling recently, especially people dealing with the dark skinned young, large lady. She was making dirty faces at all the customers and speaking in a very aggressive tone.
Spoke to H&M who apologised and said they will deal with this individual duly?
Also I don?t know who gave these people the right to ask for email addresses and date of births before in store purchases ????. Absolute joke.
