Helpful Homecare provided my late father with home care visits for 8 years. Throughout this time, the service was absolutely excellent and I would strongly recommend the whole team without hesitation. Extremely caring, personable and well organised with excellent continuity and reliability of carers.

Our Mum had the good fortune to be looked after by the Helpful Home Care Team for several years. Our overall experience of the service they provided is a positive one. Over this time there were frequent reviews and updates to Mums package of care and in this respect Helpful Home Care were always accessible, responsive and flexible when changes needed to be made, they were always able to accommodate changes at very short notice.Mum developed a rapport with her team of carers several of whom went over and above with their compassion, kindness and humour to make Mum feel at ease and valued. This meant a lot to us as a family. To this day we remain grateful friends with Helpful Home Care and highly recommend their services

Helpful Home Care has been providing fantastic care for a family member for a number of years now. Their carers are compassionate, and really care for us. We know we can trust them to always turn up as and when required. We wouldn?t know what we would do without them!

I am so grateful to this care company for their care and support of my mum. Helpful Home Care Ltd. always respond to messages very quickly, email, text or phone. When I first contacted them, they were able to set up care the day after (not without considerable juggling of their busy rotas - but that wasn't made my problem as I felt with other companies). You absolutely need help asap when care is required suddenly; (I was quoted 4-6 weeks notice by other branded companies).The helpful home care staff have been brilliant, my mum loves them. She says they are very caring, friendly, listen well to what she needs and have discretion. As a private person discretion means a lot to mum.As I'm not well enough to travel and see mum, knowing she's had a great care team visiting daily has meant the world to me and offered great peace of mind. The care is the most important factor but it's worth noting that their prices are very reasonable compared to non-locally based companies.Our only wish is that helpful home care could travel to where mum will be moving; alas (for us) they are based in Oadby and work solely for the Oadby and Wigston community, which is actually another bonus in terms of their local knowledge if you live there.I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone considering care for themselves or a loved one.
