it's the only halifax branch I can get to and I don't do on line banking so I would be very angry and upset if it closed. I've been with Halifax bank for over 30 years and I had my mortgage from there. do if that bank in leicester city centre closed I would have no way of get to another branch (I don't drive)... I would have to cancel my account and try somewhere else, that would not only be a problem but after over 30 years I think i would deserve some sort of compensation. so please do not close the leicester branch.
I have always been happy with the halifax bank....

There is a young man who acts as a chatterbox and behaves very rudely. I do not recommend this branch at all.

Dreadfully poor
Two gossiping women on their pedastool on the left side as you enter. Less than helpful and not welcoming. Took my money else where.Not the first time,,tall women in her late forties and a big nose needs to be hidden away from customers

Every time I go in this branch I am ignored and left waiting long times without anybody even acknowledging your waiting... the staff are incredibly rude and when questioned why I've been ignored while they had a chat I was given attitude by a young lady

It?s a farce you have no branches. Had to go into the city centre. Luckily the lady I dealt with was really helpful and showed me a shortcut to use on the app for the future.It?s just an app lacks this personal touch. One star for Halifax 5 for your staff.

Good experience today with reception and attention from ?Dami who got through our transfer successfully despite missing one hurdle which cost us 20 minutes (would vote 4.5 - would potentially have been 5 stars ?).
Bank was clean, nicely scented (!) and we were seen within 5 minutes.

Worst branch I have visited , didn't want to help, fobbed me off with telephone numbers to call . Girl at customer services couldn't be bothered with help on anything at all. Short and abrupt, considering I was dealing with a bereavement enquiry. Not good at all.

SHOCKING SERVICE. IN FACT, WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED! THE MANAGER HAD NO AVAILABILITY, WALKED AWAY AS SOON AS WE WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR. NOT SURE HOW HALIFAX HAVE THE AUDACITY TO ALLOW THIS TO CONTINUE. VERY TEMPTED TO APPROACH THE OMBUDSMAN.
