Worst branch I have visited , didn't want to help, fobbed me off with telephone numbers to call . Girl at customer services couldn't be bothered with help on anything at all. Short and abrupt, considering I was dealing with a bereavement enquiry. Not good at all.

SHOCKING SERVICE. IN FACT, WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED! THE MANAGER HAD NO AVAILABILITY, WALKED AWAY AS SOON AS WE WALKED THROUGH THE DOOR. NOT SURE HOW HALIFAX HAVE THE AUDACITY TO ALLOW THIS TO CONTINUE. VERY TEMPTED TO APPROACH THE OMBUDSMAN.

I had very bad experience with this bank.i just opened my bank account and i want to sign in my mobile banking but I have issue with it and I contact them, they sent me a security code. I went to branch there is only one person at desk and he was not answered me properly and tell me that i can't help you in this matter, he tell me to call on customer care service. I call on customer care service, lady on call was so rude with me and tell me that you forgot your password is not my problem,this is your problem .she didn't gave me proper answer. They are so rude with their customers and they made my day worst . I just don't want to bethere customer anymore , I have my first very bad experience after came to uk till now.

Very poor service the manager is so rude pointing fingers whilst talking to me, he had horrible attitude l, body language and hand gestures were so rude of him. This branch lacks customer service very very poor service. I have raised a complaint about the behaviour and attitude of the brand manager called Claive!

Very slow service with long ques and only 1 person at the counter. The guy with glasses kept making mistakes with another customer and even took extra money from me even though the money bags had the correct amount!

Visited my local branch to make an transaction, the greeting was really good by a staff Sayed, he delivered a good information to me in regards to a large transaction of a house purchase, however I decided to make an half transaction, I was then seen by a staff called Becky , she is very impolite, my mum was very frightened the way was asking questions regarding teh transaction, asking very aggressively, her voice was so bitter, she gave my mum a leaflet regarding a scam/ fraud then she started asking questions on what did you read, what you understand, its like I need you to answer every questions, it was like we are in a educational establishment.I told her my does not speak or understand very well English, I definitely think that she did not care about my mum English understanding.I give Becky A 0 rate.After all that my transaction was failed due to a technical error from their end.I told Becky ,look this is a genuine transaction.Later we met Diana I believe her to be the Bank manager, very polite, nicely greeted us, her voice was very calm and sweet ,she asked same questions as Becky but the way Diana asked really impressed, we felt relaxed, we were very comfortable with her.I would definitely give Diana a 5 star rate.I am thinking of closing my account with Halifax after this awful service then again after meeting Diana I will give a thought whether I want to close the account.Thank you Diana, we felt very welcome by you.Visited today 19th Dec 2022, I had a very good service from Diana, a big thank you to her and Sonia, really pleased, I felt very welcome and comfortable. hence I gave a 5 star to Diana and Sonia, thank you both.????

Closed down the Hinckley branch and it was closed on Saturday at 2:25pm when it says open to 3pm so I wasted my time and petrol rushing over after work, and I wasn't the only one outside needing to get in ?

I went in as a fellow banker to seek some assistance about a mutual customer. The manager, Clark, literally threw me out of the branch. I am really surprised with the way he insulated me! Let aside being a fellow banker i wouldnt imagine doing that to any human being. The worst staff i have ever met. They have no clue what customer service is. Surprised they are still in business!

A very long wait to be served today but in the end was worth it as was helped by Lisa who is an Incredible asset to the bank.Very compassionate, friendly and efficient and I and the two ladies who she dealt before me and spent a very long time with them were I am sure very grateful to her as I am.

Probably the worst bank I've ever visited in my life. Immediately upon entering, a nice gentleman invited us to his desk. When we asked him simple questions, he couldn't answer them, he couldn't find our account on the computer and he finally sent us to ... LLoyds. Luckily, we were able to solve our problem over the phone. I think that with such a crew you only waste space in the center ...
