Took my car in for a major hybrid service, after going to pick up the car at the end of the day, pollen filter hadn?t been replaced. Driving the car back home I get low coolant warning, and then later having to take it to nearby garage due to overheating- to find the coolant pipe had been yanked out, signs of a heavy handed mechanic. I also later find out that there?s a rear differential leak- none of these picked up on the service report. It?s costing me hundreds now to get the coolant pipe replaced. I raised this with customer service along with evidence and no response from them. It?s been a week.
Absolutely rubbish service and quality.

Booked In for a repair and MOT afterwards, got a call saying both had been done and MOT is all sorted out.
When I got there and paid for it/handed back my keys. Found out that they hadn't actually done the MOT when I asked for the certificate...

I took my car in November for a change of a part. They did a botched job on my car and when I took it back they couldn?t even explain how the job was done and wanted me to pay again for the repair . So disappointed by their service .

Morning do not use Halfords in wood gate. I booked my vehicle at 8.30am and had to pay for a premium time slot which was ridiculous as it was like this for every time slot. On arrival I was asked if I could leave it with them as they were busy (funny as I?d paid for a premium time slot ?) I said no as I was busy and that I?d paid specifically for this time slot. After the vehicle was sat there for 10 minutes they began to finally work on my vehicle. They removed the wheels, then stopped work to have a fag, taking another 10-12 minutes. After nearly an hour to have 2 tyres fitted, I checked my new tyres and they fitted me with budget ones when I paid for premium. I told them that they had put on the cheaper tyre and explained I had paid for a better quality then told me that if I was to leave the premises they would not give me my tyres that I had paid for. So I?m sat here still waiting and to top it off the staff are rude.
Would not recommend!

Had a MOT back in November. Told me there is a nail in the tyre and that needs replacing. I said I'd sort it myself when I get the chance. I finally made time to having it replaced as I hadn't experienced loss in tyre pressure. When I booked RAC to come to my house to replace the tyre. They said there was no nail, I showed the MOT certificate and the mechanic said they tried to make a quick quid. I would've been out of pocket by £190 for a tyre that didn't need replacing. Well done, won't be coming back to you.
