Absolutely amazing carers couldn't ask to work with better people, the service users were amazing too and I loved my job. The management were amazing until they fired her in December 2022 and decided to keep the office empty and try to run it from a different city, (which was a shambles) they didn't care if we needed help we basically ran it ourself. Then we find out (not told) when they started sending service users to a different company that we were all out of a job or move to a company of their choosing. The service users were devastated that we wouldn't be caring for them anymore as some we had been caring for, for years and were just moved. Would not recommend been an employee but can't fault the carers. Also we couldn't get a decent reference as the manager at the out of city office didn't know us or our work. Reviews are about honesty. Would give 0 stars if I could

Management great until they made her redundant and tried to run it from a different city, didn?t meet the carers or clients, didn?t listen to their needs or preferences, very time and task orientated, couldn?t give a monkeys, faked double ups on system to pass audits, all the usual bad cheap care company st really.

Just want to say a lovely Thank-you to all the Hales team who looked after our Dad/Grandad, they all cared for him like family. We trusted them implicitly and would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for care for their loved one - they will be in safe hands.
