I had an amazing experience with the staff at H. Samuel in town. I went in looking for a particular watch and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The boss has an immense knowledge of the ins and outs of the entire watch industry, and suggested the perfect one for my style and story, which was so much better for me than the one I initially wanted. Could not be more happy with the service, and I?ll definitely be visiting here again when I purchase my next watch!

3rd time returning jewelry because of defects of the product. Can't offer refund, only offer replace or fix. I didn't want any other items in the store as its my third time going back to replace or return. Wouldn't recommend if you want high quality gold, paid £700 for a belcher necklace only for the links to fray then had to replace it with other necklaces I didn't actually want. If you want genuine gold avoid this place, overpriced and irritating.
