I visited Greggs in Highcross Leicester today and was extremely disappointed with my meal . The service was slow .The hot drinks we ordered were just warm. I ordered Chicken sandwich with bacon which was the most disgusting burger that I have ever had in my life. It?s was awful. See photo. It?s burned and tasted awful. Greggs has lost its appeal now and should be avoided if you want a decent meal. I would not recommend any meal?s from Greggs.

It was my birthday so I wanted to get alongside my meal the free bday treat but because there's no signal in highcross and inside the Greggs, I couldn't redeem it.
This rude cashier told me in a condescending tone that there's no signal in Greggs and I should go outside (loose my place in the queue) and come back. Which makes no sense, because there's no signal in most if not all of highcross even if there was, I'd still loose the QR code by the time I come in. I tried to explain it to him but he already was with another customer. I was very disappointed at how disorganized the whole thing is because it was raining outside so I didn't really want to go to the other Greggs.

Me and my mother went into greggs highcross, today for a bite for the lunch. The que went down relatively quickly given the fact it was lunch time, we then was greeted and served by Gemma/Jemma (my apologies if spelt wrong). Gemma/Jemma was amazing with her customer service truly went above and beyond with her service which went perfectly with her smile, honestly made mine and my mums day such a wonderful person. I hope this reaches her or gets passed on to her. Fantastic service would recommend and visit again to this store especially if the customer service is at her level. As stated i truly hope and wish this is passed on to her.

I recently visited Greggs in Highcross Leicester and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The service was slow, the queuing system was disorganised with people queuing for ordering / paying together with people deciding what they want from the fridge. No staff on site to sort this out. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. The hot drinks we ordered was lukewarm. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired, with tables and floors looking neglected, bins overflowing. Overall, this visit was a letdown, and I doubt I will be returning anytime soon.
