Leicester Centre - Natalie and Jiten are the absolute glue to the Leicester depot. Our car was recovered there after a crash ( Audi) everytime I phoned up Natalie was so friendly, so helpful and when we visited the centre she was so welcoming. We were then shown around our car by Jiten who was so knowledgeable and showed such empathy that our car was in such a mess.They both really are an asset to Leicester and I would like there Area Manager to be informed of how wonderful they both are and our thanks passed on to these 2 wonderful staff. 100%Let?s hope the other 2 guys in the office when we visited on Monday learn to smile and be so welcoming like Jiten & Natalie !

My suzuki went in for body damage .they kept me updated with the repair and very polite .The repair was done and couldn't be more me happy with the end result .They even rang me later in the week to ask if everything was OK and happy with the Repair .5 star good to find old fashion Values are still alive Well done

I had my Volvo V90 repaired after an accident, rear wheel arch, I have noticed that it has gone black in places and so went to my local body shop who tells me that Gemini did not use primer, painting straight on to metal. I now have a £400 bill to put it right. Cowboys!!!

We would just like to say a big thank you to Gemini Leicester for the excellent service they provided when are car was damaged. It was collected on the correct day Tuesday, we were informed the next day as to what needed to be done to vehicle and that parts had been ordered. On fourth day day Friday they rang and told me my car was ready to be delivered or collected on the Monday. They rang on Monday at 9.00 am and it was delivered at 9.30. On inspection the workmanship was very good and paintwork was matching. Would certainly recommend Gemini to anyone. Thank you once again.Services: Body & Trim

I went to this company after someone hit my wing mirror off and failed to stop. I had to get my wing mirror repaired at my own cost! This company was quick and efficient. They ordered me a wing mirror and it arrived next day they had to paint it for me as unfortunately it doesn?t come the same colour as my vehicle. I had my vehicle back in no time and it?s perfect!
