I?ve had one problem after the other when gap installed my new boiler last November 24, I?ve called Bosch they explained to them they said the fault is from the insulation, gap has come out over same issue several times they can?t investigate to find the cause of the issues? Am ready to take it further. I?ve been on the phone with them several times, they cancelled my appointment for the 4th Of October 24 without informing me ? I?ve two young children, without hot water or heating at home, Gap are reap off I will never recommend them. According to Bosch gap should fitted new pipes for the new boiler, that?s why am having blocked in my boiler. It?s very frustrating, I was having my bath when the hot water cut off.

Rang around a few places for a gas fire service. These were the quickest and cheapest. Lovely guy visited a few days later and dealt with my annoying pup very well too! Happy customer - will use annually.

Today I was in trouble with a flat battery, stranded just off Saffron Lane, in the cold with my wife and 2 kids, so I flagged down a van asking for help.A very kind gentleman stopped and offered to help. Although he didn't have any jump leads himself, he gave me a lift home and basically saved the day.I just want to say a big thank you to Gary who is a top man for helping us and showing such kindess. Have a great Christmas! ?

I could not be happier with how our new bathroom has turned out, you guys have done a stunning job of it. Rob worked effortlessly to make sure it was perfect and he certainly made it that. Extremely pleased with the work carried out by Chad and Tom. Both of them were professional and very tidy. I decided at the last minute to add extra radiators which were quickly added to the job. We will definitely be using them again and will be recommending them to others. Thank you both the house is sooo warm now.

Brilliant team of young men , made a lovely job of rewireing my house. One day and it was completed and tidied up ..went above and beyond what they were told to do by local council . Even took care of my cat (long story)
