Amazing fast food with great service

Great service and exceptional attention to cleaning tables. However, we ordered a pizza each and it seems clear that Frankie & Bennys standard has plummeted in the past few years. The pizza was dry and unexciting. No real flavour, no seasoning. The cheese just sat there in blobs. None of the expected stringiness. Maybe the oven is not hot enough or they are getting them out too quickly. Whatever is lacking, it was the worst pizza in years. Frankie & Bennys is now in the bin for us. Much better options out there. Bye bye!

The service was terrible. The 2 stars are for the food alone which was really nice. Now, you can check my other reviews and see I have not left a bad one yet, however, the service was absolutely dreadful. To begin with, as we were sat another couple got up and left without ordering. I didn?t think anything of this until further into my time here. We weren?t offered a drink as we were sat and nobody offered until ordering the mains. There were 2 FOH staff working and a manager. I will point out at this point, at most during the time we were there, there were no more than 3 tables of 2 people in the restaurant. Starters came quickly, they were great, but were not cleaned for at least 15 minutes after we had finished, despite the server walking past and clearly seeing we were done multiple times. Mains came straight away, we were not offered more drinks, despite both being low, and did not receive a check back during our meal. After we?d finished, we sat again waiting for at least 15 minutes (as well as me getting up to use the toilet, which is usually an indicator to finishing after having food for half an hour) and in the end went and asked for the bill as nobody was coming over and had not cleared our plates. When I?d gone to the toilet, a table of 2 walked out after not receiving any service and sitting there with menus for a long time, bobbing their heads up to try and get the attention of chatting staff. The manager was completely unbothered throughout, the staff were not doing their jobs and it was a genuinely unpleasant experience. I am a hospitality manager and I just couldn?t believe how little the manager seemed to care. There was one member of staff for each table! A defining point for me was when the second table to walk out during our visit were waiting for initial service they did not get, we were awaiting someone to clear our food and the manager and one of the servers standing where we could see, chatting away and the manager bellowing out a laugh for everyone to hear. So much so, that the third member of staff came over to join in on the convo. Now, I am in the industry so I imagine I do see more than others in regards to service, however, it also means that I am more understanding as I know some of my own staff will occasionally miss a check back etc but this was not only poor management but a do not care attitude on all of their parts and generally just terrible service. Not to mention others walked out so it wasn?t a case of me ?noticing the little things?. When my partner got up to ask for the bill, the server bought it over. Did not ask if we enjoyed our food, said nothing actually, gave him the card machine and told him to follow the instructions and walked off. Came back after payment and gave us the receipt then walked off again. The food was great as I mentioned and we really enjoyed it. The service let us down massively.

It was ok nothing spectacular. The size of the portions are on the little side and it isn't presented geat but it did what it needed to do.

We went to Frankie and bennies tonight and I had the bbq chicken burger which is what I have mostly when we go for dinner at different places. I am now suffering from severe tummy cramps and diarrhoea ! Meant to have been a lovely meal out with my partner but I?ve ended up ill.

Terrible experience! Avoid if possible!The food was not up to expectations and rather expensive for frankie and benny's. hugely disappointed with the customer service, not only were the waiting staff rude but the manager was unprofessional and inept.They claimed a payment hadn't gone through even though it exited my account. they made me pay twice and I have been waiting for a refund for weeks now. if they think this is acceptable customer service they are sorely mistaken!you are better off going to nandos or wagamamas.I would not recommend them to anyone for the terrible customer service I have experienced.

Food is ok, but limited selection from the menu. Service is not good from staff! Visited the restaurant a few times, always found the service very slow. Staff just walk by when you're waiting to order. The lady who eventually gave me the menu looked very bored, no smile, no greet. Not many people present, but I still had to wait for almost half an hour just to give my order. In the end I got fed up of waiting and left without ordering anything!

Understaffed, poor food, long wait and incorrect bill. The burger was cremated, and there was no cutlery on the table. Some of the waitresses were lovely, however the overall meal was just poor.

I went there with my friend the other day and everything was great. The food was great and Angelika was lovely and took care of us. Great service I would recommend this place 100%!

Went here tonight Friday 15th December for 3 course meal work Christmas party and to be honest the whole experience was bad we booked a table for 7:30 by 9pm we only just got starters then we was left again with no check back drinks were order but never arrived so had to order the a second time after an hour, when main finally arrived the pizza was that spicy none of us could eat then so was sent back aswell. We had waited that long therenwas no time for replacement or dessert then we ws given the bill we was charged for thing we didn't received and after we spoke to the manage the best he could do was get it down to £80 although we only had starters and a few drinks... absolute joke

Very good service, our waitress Natalia very helpful and amazing!! Definitely recommend going out with family for a nice meal, food itself very tasty and affordable.

Came in here earlier, the food service was excellent came on time with no issues. Was served by the loveliest young lady Angelika, who greeted us with a warm welcoming smile and was pleased with her table service. She made sure everything was okay with our table and kept checking on us. Overall great experience and will definitely come back

We went for a date to Fankies the other week which is one of our favs. We absolutely loved to celebrate my husband?s promotion at work there yesterday where Angelika - our host welcomed us at the front and later on took care of us. The service she provides is rare and she really made our night special.

We picked Frankie and Benny's today as you know what to expect. With a 3 year old we know it will be food she will eat and prompt service to prevent meltdowns and boredom. Sadly today this restaurant fell short of this expectation. It was no busier than any other midweek lunchtime we have been but instead of the usual prompt service we were there for 2 hours and had to go up to find someone to ask for the bill in the end as I had a crying 4 month old and a 3 year old who was starting to cry and scream out of boredom of waiting so long.Basically we ordered two adult main courses off the lunch time menu, a kids meal which included a dessert, and 1 drink each. It took ages for our drinks to appear despite the restaurant being fairly empty at this point, we were however given an apology for the wait. After this point extortionate waits became the norm and after the 3 year old choosing her food I couldn't then disappoint her by walking out to find somewhere that was able to serve more promptly. Over 2 hours from start to finish and not once did anyone appear anywhere near us to even consider that we might want another drink while we wait.In the end I was so eager to pay and get out to try and calm my children that I didn't even notice the bill was wrong, luckily I had someone else with me who noticed. The waitress hadn't put us through on the lunch menu (main courses at £9.80) and we had been charged the full dinner time prices so we had to go up to get it refunded and billed correctly.
