Loads of shopping places and food to choose from. Can get very busy so better to get there early before 10am weekdays or 9am on weekends to avoid chaos.

Great choice of shops, plenty of free parking. Not too busy during the week, but the weekend is always busy. Queues in and out of the car park.

Had a great day out looking around the shops, even road tested some new sofas and enjoyed a cappuccino, pancakes with maple syrup, topped with bacon in good old Marks.

Shopping very good due to large range of shops, easy access and free parking. Agree with other reviewers, its definitely a better choice than shopping in the city centre.

Could do with more parent and child bays & disabled bays... I love the big primark and the food court so much range for my autistic son.

Soulless retail park , like a poor quility 1990s American mall without the entertainment or fun elements housed in poorly designed warehouse style units. Lacks character or any defining features. Predictable selection of chain stores with zero redeemable features . Depressing and best avoided . Really bad example of modern architecture and poor design stuck out in the sticks with poor public transport links and zero thought given to quility or shopping experience. No parking spaces available on the day I visited. Only visited due to it having a chemist store open during the holiday period close to where I was staying , but wouldn't choose to go there again. Half the retail park looked pretty run down like it had been neglected over the years the other half newer but looked knocked up on the cheap with no care or attention or though . Very poor network of junctions and roads on the approach and surrounding area don't help to the visual ascetics, feels like a motorway service station .

So many great shops and food options. Much larger than it used to be. Lots of EV charging too on the back side where Flannels, Skechers and Next are.

I only visited one store. I had planned to visit all the furniture stores to look for a new sofa.My grandson parked outside ScS so we went in there first. We were met by Oliver who asked what we were looking for, and proceeded to take us upstairs via a lift to the perfect sofa. I didn't need to go anywhere else.

Lacking in disabled parking spaces. Every time I visit, I struggle to find one and end up being far away from where I need to be, thus defeating the object. I can't park in a normal space as I need room to get in and out of the car without twisting due to the nature of my disabled state. There needs to be a through way from where Sports Direct etc. is, to Primark as this also is an issue for disabled people getting around the shops.

Lots of parking, can get very busy at times. Prefer to shop here rather than going into Leicester. Eateries are ok, choice of different foods.
