As always, great service from start to finish when taking my car in for MOT and service at Formula One Autocentre Leicester (Abbey Lane). Staff are always helpful and informative, and prices for all services are very good and generally much cheaper than other garages. Information passed on by staff (if there any problems or additional work is required) is always very clear, with prices and time work can be done by always given. All in all, a very good customer experience and that is why I have used this branch for many years and will continue to do so.

I always goes to formula one for car. My front tyre driver side was wearing out due to wheel alignment. I have replaced one and ask to check all tyres. After replacing one tyre and wheel alignment later 2nd front tyre wearing out due to wheel alignment. So I had to replace again with wheel alignment again. Then within a two week I had to replace rear both tyre due to slow puncture in one of the tyre.They said I don't need to do wheel alignment again as it has been done just couple of weeks ago. Let's hope all new tyres stays in same position.

They seem incapable of knowing the difference between barely legal tyres and road worthy tyres. They replaced my two good ones and left the really worn ones on the car. Had they not tried to fob me off telling me that I instructed them to do so and just said sorry I may have a better opinion of them. As it turns out, their attitude is appalling. If they cannot change tyres to pass an MOT, I certainly wouldn't trust them to fully service or MOT my car.

Quick and easy to book what i needed which was an Mot and service with discount for booking both ... it was £40 cheaper than my AA smart care mot and service.
