I've been to forbidden hundreds of times since moving to Leicester. Spent almost 2 grand in 3 years. Shame it only takes one member of staff being unnecessarily rude and hostile when I asked to use a student discount for my friend, which I've done MANY times without issues. Now I won't be back, there's other options around. Shame as the other staff are friendly but this person (older man, only seen him recently, new worker?) makes it not worth trying.

I came in on 28th May with my 6 year old son.
He wanted to find a Cody Rhodes figure but could not find one. He asked the man on the till, upstairs, and he was great with my son. He helped us look for the figure he wanted. We couldn't find it but my son kept on talking about the nice man that helped us.
I think it's safe to say you have a new customer with my son! ?

Forbidden Planet is an amazing place to look around at all kinds of merchandises, comics and big plush toys etc.
I enjoy looking around in there occasionally and the things they have there really does attract the attention of anyone who pops in

There's not much else aside from funko pops. The comic and manga collection is pretty good but they almost always sell out of the first issue so you can't start anywhere. Pretty nice figures though. Also the staff are really nice and friendly.

Amazing place to look for popmart, they even have instagram and they?ll reply instantly. Amazing vibe and friendly atmosphere. Clean and lovely staff (smiley faces, even though they are busy updating stocks)
