“So I did write a review previously, but wanted to really commend United Carpets in particular Sabia, whom I believe is the manager.We had a few issues but this was with the fitters and not United carpets directly.Sabia has come out and visited our parents bungalow personally, she made all the right moves to correct the issues, efficiently, this was done within days and to a really good standard.we have recommended United Carpets in particular the Aylestone lane branch to all our family members, and we will continue to do so.What really showed through was the after care service United and in particular Sabia gave us and that is as or even more important then just having carpets or flooring fitted.Thank you United Carpets, and more so Sabia.”
