Going downhill very quickly, visited last night, bins full and overflowing, ketchup & mayo empty, drinks machine out of most options. Toilets very dirty with no toilet roll.
Menu has also been reduced, they no longer sell hot dogs (not Halal apparently), fries are no longer freshly cooked and portions are getting smaller.

Gone downhill. Chips used to be cooked fresh on arrival when ordering for pickup. Now they're prepared at some point and placed in the bag to go cold.
Edit: Changed to a one star review based on their response claiming I'm wrong. My order was already bagged on the top shelf of their serving station and had been for some time.

Burger is ok but not amazing, fries are not good and dry with tooooooooo much salt.
No sauce for the fries

Absolutely disgusting veggie sandwich. No veggie patty, just onions lettuce tomatoes and tomato kectup. Won't be coming back here again. Taken one bite and left it . Horrible.

Look it's 5 guys so if you want quality you will get it.... but expect to pay as while food is top notch I think they are starting to push a bit top heavy on cost , as now your competing with a steak and chips in a nice pub.
But then again it's 5 guys and where else do you get unlimited monkey nuts

We go here as a treat every now and then as is it a little pricy, the burgers are great and the drinks machine has so many options.

Ordered a hamburger, paying £9 for it, and I got the blandest piece of meat this side of the hemisphere. In total, I payed £17.15 and got some half-decent fries, a coke, and an appalling piece of meat between 2 buns.

This place has grown on me, I thought it was overpriced at first, but can now see, and appreciate the quality ingredients.
The dining experience is great, and staff very friendly.
