We tried the veg options, the food was average not worth that money to be frank!! I heard their Non veg options are too good.. Good customer service too

The best five guys we have had, we have been to this branch multiple times and if we are in Leicester it is generally where we opt to visit for food.
Food has always been hot and fresh, the staff have never gotten our order wrong. The staff can vary so the service can sometimes be not quite as you?d expect, it can also be overly slow sometimes however the food does always make up for those matters. Always clean and tidy on our visits too!

Favourite food is a burger. I can honestly say this was the worst burger iv ever tried to eat. Covered in grease, even The top of the bun Was soaked in it. Cold to the touch. Sloppy and a straight disaster. Poorest burger iv ever had. Will never return to any five guys after this experience. Then to make matters worse the manager took down some drawing cards that happened to be just drawn by a man?s daughter. Which the man jumped up and accused me off doing when all I had done was sit there trying to eat my disaster of a burger. The manager could see what was happening and chose to hide behind the counter instead of taking control of the situation. Really poor all round will never come back

A great and quick service and more expensive burger as all ingredients are fresh but not my favourite as the patties are a bit thin
