Costumer service is horrible! Lady on the phone is so rude. Ordered a meal with sirloin steak, it was physically un edible, missing food from our order and we called to complain and the woman just argued! very bad service.

We are very frustrated as every time we go through the process of ordering online, we get to the payment screen where, only there does it say ?we are not taking online orders?!!! Why have you not made that rather important statement at the START of the process instead of the end?! We have used you for over 30 years but just feel you no longer put your customer first. Very sad.

Superb food .I told the lady I've been coming here since 1978 and she gave me extra food which was delicious I recommend the barbecue sauce it is out of this world.
