Washing machine in Phase 2 flat would bleach and damage my flatmate and I clothes!!! When we complained to management they said maintenance would fix it but they never did! Best accommodation yet! Maintenance is super good and so quick with any issue small or big. Lovely reception people who are also so helpful. The studios are very nice and modern.
