Big, big thanks to Ashish..I ordered the wrong currency for my daughter, had he not asked me the question as where my daughter was traveling to, I would not have realized my mistake. He told me I would need to contact customer service regarding a refund, but ended up calling them on my behalf as he could see how upset I was. I was offered a full refund and he then ordered me the correct currency online so I could get it at a good rate.Ashish, I can?t thank you enough for going above and beyond the call of duty. I really appreciate you and I hope your company appreciates your phenomenal customer service. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you are awesome and I really appreciate you.

Why are the rates not showing up in the shop?Yesterday i went to highcross shopping center to buy sterlingsI got a very bad experience with the workers who didn't give me the rate upfront. Only they did when i remembered to ask but they already did the transaction. I felt confused because the rate was very low and i got a very low sum. They kept talking to me to feed the confusion. Afterwards i realised i got a very bad deal but couldn't do anything about it. The workers made fun of me while doing what i felt was a scam. They should have communicated about the rate straight away but they made sure not to.I was too confused by the situation to cancel it.
