We visited EMC in April as we were looking for a kitchen floor tile. The staff were really friendly and helpful in advising on the tiles and letting us take a sample tile to view at home. When we returned to order the tiles they agreed to store them until needed, which was so brilliant.The tiles are now down and look amazing! We went back to EMC yesterday as we had 3 boxes left over, there was no problem in returning them because they were still a stocked item. All the staff from front of house to the warehouse have given us excellent customer service. We can't recommend them highly enough and will certainly return in the future.We have enjoyed a pleasant customer 5 star experience - thank you!

Range of Tiles is good, however the service was very poor. Walked around showroom for 10 mins and not once were we acknowledged, approached or asked if we needed help even though the staff member clearly saw us. In the end we walked out. Such a shame as we actually did like a certain tile from here and were ready to purchase nesr enough 90sq m.Having mentioned the poor service to the bearded gentleman behind the desk, hes reply was "we're short staffed!" Which may be the case but you dont need a whole team just to acknowledge a potentiol customer!! Id rather spend my money with somebody else. Definatley will not reccomend this company to any body in the future.

Huge range, knowledgeable helpful staff, fair pricing. We've had 45m² floor tiles and 7m² bathroom tiles from them and been very pleased with the service and quality of the tile ?
