Ordered a cake to welcome my mum for the first time to uk, I went to the shop showed the design of the cake and placed the order, while ordering the lady who took the order said any design I give they will make it for me , finally they gave me the cake with artificial flowers I was really really sad and the whole plan was ruined , if they have said that they going to decorate the cake with artificial flowers I will never place the order the cake was £45 8? cake and gave £10 refund , I never expected this to happen on that special day, people who saw that cake was shocked what type of design u have given and finally I need to show them and tell what happened, Really dissatisfied?..I have attached the picture of both what I gave and what they did ?

The guy serving me couldn't understand my basic order. I asked him how much a slice of cake would cost and he said £3. I asked him if I could mix and match as the portion was decent for that price and he said yes... so what I wanted was some of the chocolate one and white and pink for £3 as there would be more variety, but instead he gave another whole slice of the chocolate cake which would be an additional £3 which is not what i asked for and it would also be too much cake!! I didn't accept it and asked him to just give me the white and pink cake. Is it really that difficult especially after he said I could mix and match??
