I visited the EE shop to seek technical help with something. I was helped by a very kind and professional man who happened to be the store Manager. He was very patient and efficient and fixed the issue to my delight. Thank you so much Mr Nick. Am most grateful.

Haroon and Brandon were amazing beautiful serivce . i didn?t know what to do never had a contract and they found me the best deal !!!!! specially haroon best service out there and guiding me well when takin out my contract

This store in Leicester Gallowtree in city centre are useless , nobody care about customers they don?t even know how to talk customer, nobody cares about customer service, nobody know anything about the product, literally you can say from their face clearly shows anger ? towards customer. Useless worker working there . Never ever gone recommend EE to friends and family members never ever . They are disaster for EE business . they need proper training how to deal with customer service. Useless working people in leicester EE store .

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Spoken to a gentleman called Haroon he was outstanding. I was a new customer for EE and he sorted everything out with my mum and sister. I also received amazing deals and I like that Haroon sat and gave his time and effort and took his time and explaining everything about what we came into store for. Fantastic customer service and I would highly recommend him. Thank you for all your help.

I received outstanding service today at EE. I had a few complications with my billing and setting up the phone but the worker I had named ' Haroon'. Sorted all my problems and ensured I left a happy customer. All the workers Avi, including the Senior advisor Uche himself got really good energy and really willing to help. Super impressed !

As a new customer with EE I needed help with setting up my mobile phone and linking it to the EE app. I was seen by Euca (may be spelt incorrectly, sorry) who was very helpful and polite. He sorted my issue in a professional manner being not only a credit to himself but an ambassador for the name EE, well done Euca.
