Another great experience with ETS. After hitting a pothole I asked ETS Giltbrook if they could check it, they were busy but Dan managed to fit me in at a convenient time. They put the car on the ramp and realised I'd flat spotted the inside of the rim. They didn't have the facility to straighten the alloy there so put me in touch with ETS Derby, unfortunately Derby didn't have the relevant person in but put me in touch with ETS Leicester. I explained my situation to Adam who managed to get me in the same day and fix it straight away. The wheel is now like brand new again, which meant I could continue the long journey I was on. The price was a fraction of what I was expecting it to be. Also quite enjoyed watching the process and the skill involved with straightening the wheel.Always been happy with the service ag ETS Giltbrook, and now I can safely say I'm happy with the service at other ETS locations too.Great work, great prices, great staff. I was greeted on arrival. I was informed of all aspects of the work that needed doing. And shown the reasons for the need for the work. Very polite workers. Waiting time for work to be completed wasn?t long. Thorough and professional work.

I was honestly concerned that my tracking couldn't be done.. VW Touareg (old) the lad that did it was most informative and I told him to to his best.. he did and, after a lot of heat on certain points, he managed to get it all correct... he told me to keep an eye on one part and I will... TOP SERVICE and I will highly recommend ?

Fantastic service given today. Drove in today without an appointment. Saw me within 15 minutes. Gave me a quotation which was reasonable and sorted out my wheel alignment. Found a fault that needed a replacement bolt. Did a temporary repair came back and had it fitted.Where can you get this level of service there days. Karl the mechanic knew what to do and Tyrone customer care second to non.Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

I went here after going to Mr Tyres and them not resolving my issue. The person who dealt with me was very kind and showed me what was wrong with my tyre and how the problem had not been solved in the previous place. He ensured of all my worries and did a great job. He has even asked me to do a follow up in a week just to make sure the issue has been sorted. I highly recommend for top quality people and service. I will be going here from now on with any issues.
