Usually it's the same young (compared to me at least) man that serves me, but all of the staff that I've interacted with have been really friendly and helpful.If I get a new medication the pharmacist calls about two weeks later to check everything is OK and that I'm not experiencing any side-effects.I'm pleased I made to choice to stop using Boots in Syston.

Changed to this pharmacy quite some time ago due to many mistakes by well-known chemists in Syston. I have had excellent service here including home delivery if some medication prescribed is not fully available. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My only quibble - minor one - sometimes two boxes of same item are different brands which are a bit confusing for 82 year old. I perhaps should mention this next time I go.
