From the minute I walked through the door at Dreams there were plenty of colleagues around so if I needed help they weren't hard to find. Upon deciding what bed/mattresses I wanted I was able to speak to a colleague Vaishali, easily who understood everything I wanted and reassured me on my choices. The transaction wasn't going through smoothly but Vaishali stayed calm and collective all the way. Her Manager Sharni was also around to answer any questions and help with the transaction. Problems with my transaction together with computer issues they were having both colleagues were really good and didn't get frustrated. They got it all sorted between them in the end and nothing was too much trouble. I was even offered a hot beverage or water if I wanted from the start. I'm very satisfied with the service I received and will definitely recommend them to friends. Thank you ladies, your an asset to Dreams. ??

I?ve been dreams twice in 2 weeks 1st i was served by the amazing manageress SHAINI and the new member jas and both went over and beyond to help me get the best mattress and the. I popped in today to buy a base and bedside table and again SHAINI and a gentleman named love was absolutely amazing and gave me the best deal possible? all members deserve a massive pay rise

This was my first time spending money with Dream, but one of the most satisfying mattress purchases I've ever made. Shani took us through the mattress testing machine, and the resulting recommendation was a perfect fit for our backs. She is a very friendly, patient and also professional staff, giving us useful advice. This is a very pleasant experience.

Visited branch 26th Saturday of April 2025 , upon walking in to the branch there was no staff to great us. Went looked around and went upstairs and still hadn't been greated by any staff , by this point we had been in the store for nearly 12 minutes. We was making our way out the store when an Asian lady came out but didn't even acknowledge us and just let us walk out the store. Very poor customer service (actually no service at all).
You guys lost out on a sale today, instead we went to the fosse park brand and had a much better customer service and was greated soon as we stepped in the store. Maybe you guys should follow the great service from your other store at fosse park.
