Our Thermostat failed and we needed to get the new, programable thermostat installed asap. Derek and DR Electrical responded very quickly, made the adjustments and made sure the new system was working properly and the bugs worked out. DR Electrical? Very good retailer. Excellent stock at really good prices and very helpful staff. We have used them for many years, buying from their previous premesis at Loughborough Road. Parking is easier at their new outlet at Syston and there is even more stock on view.

Excellent as ever. Dealt with quickly and efficiently in store which is so nice to be able to browse in person rather than on a website, delivery and fitting exactly as arranged and appliance working perfectly. All packaging removed, together with the disposal of the old appliance. Would never go anywhere else.
