Not worth to take it for delivery waste of time on this dominos order a pizza there for delivery waited 2 hours called 3 times and told me the driver deliver the order but to wrong house jokes how you can deliver to wrong house when they get contact number as well

Walked in the shop after ordering on the app I was the only customer in the shop so I Walked to the counter where I stood for four minutes without been acknowledged by any one of the three staff there after 4 minutes I assumed they had thought the only collection on the screen was for me so I left it for another 5 minutes in silence the screen turned to ready another 3 minutes pass so I stare at an employee who asks can I help you after 12 minutes off been in the shop and empty shop I tell him I have come to collect my order so he looks at the screen that has one name on it and asks my name the strangest experience in a retail situation I have ever had to be ignored for 12 minutes is disgusting and if I hadn't ordered on the app I would have just walked out I would rather eat from an establishment that has respect for its customers. Never again!!!

I used to avoid this site as the Polish manager who ran it was a complete....The standard used to be poor too. Tonight was a different class, pizza was ready, good amount of toppings, correct toppings and a real good friendly lad served me. Top

The phone line hadn't been transferred I kept being transferred to another Dominoes. I had to go in and order. I was charge £15 extra to had onions to a pizza. When I rang she said I did ask you about onions. She would refund on collection and gave me a garlic bread free for inconvenience.

We ordered 2 garlic pizza bread and 14 frank hot red wings as a takeaway.When I went to collect the order two dips which come with the chicken wings were missing when I asked for it they mentioned that we have already poured the sauce on the wings so it?s not a part of the order you need to buy separately. So I said I will buy one of the dips then I was given the dip as free. After reaching home when I opened the wings they had no sauce on them in fact we did not get the ones we had ordered , we got the plain chicken wings. This was purely a disappointment. Also the garlic pizza bread was not what it usually tastes only cheese. It was our first time ordering from this outlet and it was definitely not up to the dominos standards. Anyone ordering a takeaway please open the boxes and check whether you got what you ordered ??
