My car broke down due to flat tyre and I was half a mile away from Dolphin. I drove the car slowly to dolphin and found out the locking wheel bolt was damaged for the flat tyre, but Phil was helpful and mange to solve the problem with ease.Service: Tires

The mechanic was rude and dismissive as I am a women. He kept giving me one word answers to everything I asked him a question. There was no sense of customer service, they just want to make their money. I will not be using them again!

Easy booking process, pleasant, friendly service, only thing is, my previous mechanics never charged for number plate bulbs, never mind £36 when having a service which I always went back to them. Otherwise, very efficient and would recommend.
