Bloody rip off! Rude staff expensive goods. If you live in here shop elsewhere. I was horrified to find a price label covering over the original price. Its con and you will never get my friend or family trade ever. I may be one person but I am a bad advert for this business.

Always excellent friendly and helpful, even when I?ve messed up. I?ve been using this pharmacy for years and cannot comprehend the negative reviews. To all the staff at Desford pharmacy, thankyou for everything you do for the community.

Messy and disorganised inside, utterly disgraceful.Staff unhelpful, constantly ?losing? 3-4 items off prescriptions despite everything being ordered over the phone at the doctors and sent digitally over.After a back and forth between them and the doctors surgery a ?missing? prescription magically reappeared.Staff have openly admitted to there being no consistent form of filing. Some staff are filing by forename and others by surname.Supply issues and when asked on an eta for medication they replied with ?It might arrive tomorrow it might arrive next week.?Praying we?re in the minority with our issues with this pharmacy but other similar reviews indicate some of these issues have been ongoing for years.Even the local GP surgery seem to fed up with their sheer incompetence

Woman that answers the phone is rude and unhelpful with people who suffer from mental health it is very off putting

Turned up in the middle of their closed lunch hour and they opened up to help me get my prescription. Not the first time they have helped me out. Fabulous service

Very helpful staff.Sell a lot of over counter medications, home, toiletries, first aid products, etc.Lots of advices and useful advertisements within the village in store.Wheelchair friendly.Free car park right next to pharmacy and some free road parking spaces.

Poor communication and consistent supply issues. Shall be changing to another practice. This happened a number of occasions so reluctantly sharing this.

Had a question and concerns about my new medication, i phoned and spoke to the pharmacist, who was very helpful and explained and answered all my questions in great detail. I was very impressed with his help and advice, and although this is a small chemist, the help and advice they give was brilliant id recommend them five star.
