Great class today (body pump) Lisa also dies Pilates which I attend. Also great. Could really do with being more classes as so hard to get in them before they book up!

Very nice and clean place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Tom helped us to join the club. Xiang, Vitesh and Kieren are very helpful and experienced trainers
