Ordered toast with coffee....on two occasions....did not come without prompting... asked at till on ordering for well done....ignored... Coffee always inconsistent...not good manager

I was extremely horrified, the major price increase for a hot drink.even for drinking in.Then the staff on making the hot drinks there was terrible, coffee taste terrible because maybe not enough of it. Just dumped the hot milk and coffee in mug no care or bother for even customer service..worst place and please other people be aware of customer service etc there.

Standard over priced coffee, not a great fan but met a friend there. Staff were the best part of the visit. Friendly and helpful ??

I have been attending Oadby Costa since my little one was a baby (10 years) and I have found the staff to be kind and approachable. I have never had any issues with the food, the establishment or service. Thank you.

They asked if I was going to order and I said I am and then the lady responded with ?the attitude is out of order? then now they are talking about me and my friends and gossiping about us when if that was an adult that would of never happened and we never gave attitude and ordered nicely and when our order was ready she smacked our drink down and left it on the counter and didn?t call upKid-friendliness: They are not kid friendly they treat kids disrespectfully

We have been coming here for years almost daily and the girls at Costa are always so welcoming and friendly and handle my order with a smile (it?s usually long!) my coffee is always perfect and the toasties delicious.
Reo is excellent and she handles everything and everyone so well and keeps the queue flowing- it?s a busy store!
Parking: They give you a £1 back if you show your pay and display ticket!

Currently sat in Costa and if I could give 0 stars I would. We have just come back from sixth form and my friend was hungry so we stopped in Costa. Me and another friend had brought a drink from another shop and sat in Costa with the drinks whilst our other friend ate. We were sat and multiple staff were staring at us. A worker with blonde hair and glasses came up to our table and told us to put our drinks away which we did straight away as it?s understandable. Then we heard her talking to the other workers pointing at us talking in a very patronising way saying she wanted us out. Then she pointed at us as she stormed by saying ?those girls are disrespectful? she then left and came back a few minutes later dressed out of her uniform. Then her and 2 other workers went into the back and continuously looked through the glass of the door pointing at our table. I would just like to say the table next us is full of food from other shops. This service was disgusting and has left me and my friends feeling uncomfortable and upset.
