The staff here need some more training on customer service skills. Both Barista Maestro were abrupt and rude. I understand it is a busy store, however that is no excuse for rudeness to customers.

More often than not, I have to clear a table myself to sit, and get refused paper napkins on the grounds that it's company policy. Really? I have emailed Costa a week ago with no response. I'm a little tired of poor customer service when paying high end prices. I will now delete my app and go elsewhere.

They don?t want to serve in costa cups they want to serve cafe in take away cup which is paper made we can feel taste of paper in coffee, wrong law don?t serve in cups after 19:00 hrs why not they close it after 19:00 in this time people searching work but who have work they don?t want to do that.

Two days ago I went there to have a hot drink, was just few minutes past 8:00am , I been told in a very arrogant manner that I must wait ten more minutes!The opening time is 8:00 am , they are liars, disrespectful, lazy, expensive, low quality!There is nothing Italian about Costa , except the name !

This is nicely located and convenient when shopping. Its bright and airy with lots going on during the busy part of the day but all the same a nice place for a cuppa.

Location within Next is very comfortable, staff very pleasant and friendly. Only one small issue...the sitting areas floor could be swept more often.
