Went in to get a millionaire shortbread. Got given a stale raspberry almond bake which I am allergic too. I didn't notice till I got home. The staff felt quite unwelcoming at first encounter.

Costa coffee is way better than outside than inside the UK. What a shame. A latte tastes like faint coffee-flavored milk than coffee with milk. The coffee making method needs serious revision.
For this branch, the seating upstairs is spacious and luminous but as anywhere in the UK, you almost can?t escape loud people who speak in a shared space with their highest volume and without regard to other customers.

Great coffee with plenty of options. Iced, hot milkshakes, regular.. they have it all! Lovely upstairs section but the chairs and sofas are not too comfortable.

We had our regular coffee at Costa, Queens Road Leicester this morning, escaping from the pouring rain. The amazing Kavita was serving with her usual friendliness despite a long queue. She swept cleared and served alone, doing the jobs of two people. Please pay Kavita double for her fantastic work!

Costa is great. Just a slight problem with the wait for drinks. Sat down and the staff all went about other jobs. Leaving us waiting. Manager apologised all sorted
