Good location, really busy the day we visited but was still able to find a table.
Staff worked hard and wait wasn't too long, friendly service, working throughout so can't fault them how busy it was.
It's not a nice relaxing atmosphere but that could be again how busy it was and it did feel a little cramped.
Might be different if there are less people.
Food and drinks are fine, standard across the Costa chain so know what to expect.
It's not good value for money but again this is the same for most places now.

Chloe, James and Skye, always brighten my day when, I visit! Their customer service and coffee take some beating compared to other local coffee shops.
I highly recommend you pay them a visit!

I grabbed a coffee and flatbread today whilst Costa was very busy due to the football parade, the lady working at the time was so lovely (unfortunately I didn't catch her name).
I stupidly left my coffee near my daughter who knocked the whole thing over, the lady straight away helped me to a new table and brought over another coffee.
Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding, you made my day!

I ask for flatwhite in medium takeaway cup with extra shots of coffee still they refuse and told me we do small only. I ask extra shot that's why I want coffee in medium cup. And when I'm in queue I see 1 Barista make 2 frappes without and brand standard.After watch and behave I didn't take my coffee and got from another Costa.

The staff on shift between 1 and 2pm on the 2nd of May were super helpful when I explained that I needed a little assistance with accommodations for my OCD. It was very busy at the time so I'm extra appreciative of the effort!

They provide good coffee latte and also provide good service.They use Too Good to Go to collect food and they provide fast service also.Unfortunately the food is not Halal.Please ask the service person if the food is Halal or not.Just keep than in mind.Vegan options are also there.

Rubbish service, no customer service should be shame of yourselves, and look at your staff working at this coffee shop. My wife wanted to claim free cake as it was Wife's birthday few days ago to get told it's not working. come back another day, then I said it expires tomorrow to be told to come back then. Wow, rubbish service. I strongly do not recommend this store
